Keep the sage grain icon on the toolbar — block count and toggles stay one click away.

DNR rules apply after reload. chrome:// and the Web Store cannot be filtered.

Basic vs Super
Use the large mode switch. If a layout breaks, drop back to Basic or disable this hostname.

Pause menu
30 minutes, 1 hour, or 24 hours from the toolbar icon — protection resumes automatically.

When a site misbehaves
Checkout or login broken
Pause 30 minutes or disable filtering for this website only, then re-enable after.
Ad slot still visible
Open the element picker, click the slot, tune selector depth if it comes back after an update.
Too aggressive
Switch from Super to Basic before disabling the extension entirely.
